Spring Systems Frontend Challenge

The purpose of this challenge is to test your ability to come up with solutions on your own. In this challenge you will write actual code to display a form with typeahead functionality and the ability to add and remove elements or group of elements to form. You are free to use any frontend frameworks to complete this task. Note, you will be asked about the solution you implement so make sure you are able to explain your code.

You should be able to complete this challenge in 2-3 hours but you will be given a maximum of 6 hours to complete it. Plan your time wisely. Your primary goal is to write clean, re-usable frontend code. Therefore, do not rush to complete the entire task at the expense of the quality of your code.

You will be submitting your code to a GIT repository. Use proper GIT commits to explain what you are committing to the repository.
